Question about being an MM
Right now I am a N/Mo6. I'm going to be an MM but I have one question. Right now I can have a couple Fiends or whatever they are summoned(the dinosaur guys with no heads). The only thing is, it is kind of a pain to heal them b/c they lose health really fast. I use blood of the master but they just degenerat health really fast. Does this healing process get any easier the further I get?

Yes it does.
The reason why it does get easier as you go, because you'll have more minions, more health and more energy.
I have a N/Me and Rit/N. Both are very good MMs. You will get the ability to summon Bone Minions and cast Death Nova. Bone Minions are two undead creatures out of 1 corpse. Health Degeneration happens regardless of your level, it just continues to grow as time goes on (upto 10 pips of health degen).
If you have Prophecies (Original Guild Wars), then you can travel to Tyria and gain access to the spell Verata's Sacrifice. Verata never travelled to Canthas, so Verata's spells were never learned in Cantha. Thus, you will never be able to buy Verata's spells (Gaze, Sacrifice, etc.) in Factions.
Verata's Sacrifice will transfer all conditions that your minions are suffering on to you, but they gain health regeneration for x seconds.
You will find out later on that Sacrificing your life to keep your minions isn't bad at all. When you have lots of life, you'll find corpses are easy to find and you don't sacrifice too much (because of you massive health).

just keep after it. minions are a lot more durable when they're maxed out.

I wouldnt worry too much about using Veratas Sacrifice, it got the crap nerfed out of it so it's basically useless and most MM's dont bother with it anymore and tend to go for a BotM and Heal Area Combo instead.
If you do have Prophecies, you'd be better off going for Aura Of The Lich, it's on the very end mission but it's a skill well worth having if you dont mind not using Flesh Golem.

I have a Rt/N mm but my problem is that I can't see my minions and that makes it very dofficult to cast Death nova on them
the strange thing is when I press ALT (or shift alt or another combui to show NPC and friendlies+dropped items and chests) I can see my spirit(s) but not my minions.
If you have a suggestion, please let me know.
I think I tried everything: setting everything back to standard, removing and reinstalling GW ,alas, it remained the same.
Mousing while pressing alt works but is still a challenge , especialy if you want to cast DN on the correct one ^^

Honestly, I have never had that problem. I think I've hear a few people complain about not being able to see their minions from time to time, when pressing alt.
I'm assuming you use either nothing or Boon of Creation when you raise Minions? If you use Signet of Creation then they are timebombs and you should start casting DN right away on them. It is easy to do when you only have to worry about 1 or 2 minions at a time.
My suggestion is, if it happens again, you should click on an enemy that your minions are fighting. Then move the mouse over to one minions and start moving it around to the others. Scanning them will show how much or little their life is. Then click on the minion who has about 1/2 life left and start casting DN.
I laugh at people who say 60 seconds is too much time so I won't bring it with me. 60 seconds recharge time is still fine. It brings all conditions from your minions to you. It gives health regen to all of your minions. 1 healing breeze will heal most health degen or use blood renewal and heal yourself and the some of the sac damage from botm and vs.

60 seconds is too much time, so I won't bring it with me. I'd much rather just use Blood of the Master.
I'm sorry if you think that's worthy of ridicule, but I'm happy you like Verata's.
As for minion selection, minions are one of the only things that won't highlight if you hold down the alt key. It can make things a bit rough for selecting - which is why I use the signet of creation method you describe to prime them.

Okay, first let me do this so I don't look like I'm lying. Lol!!!
Okay, now that's done. I bring both Verata's and BotM. I use Veratas when I don't have more than 3 minions or when the battle is over. So when the next battle starts, Verata's is already or almost recharged, so I don't worry about the waiting of 60 seconds.
I use Boon of Creation to make sure I have enough energy (as a Rit/N) to continue to summon more minions. Then during battles, I use BotM then create more minions. My Boon gives me health and energy at each minion and spirit I create (although I don't bring spirits in my MM build).
Its not so much as ridducling people about not having Verata's sacrifice, but the fact that people complain that with the long recharge time, it is now useless. People either stopped complaining or did care about the sacrificing change of BotM, so why complain so much about VS? Get an item that reduces recharge time by x%, use either Quickness of the Serpent or something else the reduces recharge time, and do you still have a problem?
This is what is called balancing the scales. Get a good skill, give it small costs and long recharge time. If it had a short recharge time, it would be called an elite.
So if people take offense to my comments about VS, I apologize. I never ment to hurt anyone's feelings, but I don't think VS is a worthless skill just because of the 60 second recharge time.

It's not the 60 sec recharge that's the issue, it's the fact it only lasts 10 seconds now which has rendered it pretty much useless.
If they bring back the 20 sec duration I reckon it would make a lot of MM's a bit more amiciable towards A-Net and the way they went about nerfing them.

I'd say, in terms of healing minions, just use Blood of the Master. With 16 Death Magic, it'll heal minions (including ones another party member has) for 120+ health. Keep in mind, the more minions there are around, the more health is sacrificed. Also, the longer minions stay alive, the faster they degen. Another thing to remember, you'll receive energy back when a minion dies (through the Soul Reaping attribute). So to just keep the same bunch alive for a really long time isn't really effective, you'll just be using up energy and health trying to keep beat up minions alive. Heal a few times and let them die. You'll get energy back and also make fresh minions. This is how I do it, and by no means it's not the only way. The more experience you get being an MM, the more you'll learn on how to maintain a healthy group of 10 minions =)

Geh? I assume you mean "N/Mo16" as opposed to "N/Mo6". Though the latter would be impressive .
